REGULAR TRIP SCHEDULE
1. Arrival In (5:30 AM to 7PM) – For Flight ETA 5:30AM – 7 PM
2. Departure OUT (4:30 AM – 4PM) – For Flight ETD 8:30 AM & Onwards
Land, Boat & Inland Transfer (Includes terminal fee, environmental fee and the boat fare)
Sea transfer are provided by CBTMPC Caticlan Boat & Multi Purpose Cooperative.
Land transfer c/o Island Star Express and or other ISE tie up partners (Vans)
Rates are per person (Seat In Coach – mixed with other passengers)
Important Reminders for the guest:
1. Upon Arriving in Kalibo/ Caticlan airport, kindly acknowledge your names written on the Island Star welcome board.
2. Present any valid identification card and they will provide you the ISE (Island Star Express) Sticker. 3. For delayed flights on 7pm to 8pm, additional fee applies on pax account (Guest’d have to pay for extra amount incurred.)
4. Delayed flights beyond 8pm, there are two options:
a. Guest/s will be cattered through all chartered rate on the same date of arrival (By guest’s own expense)
b. Guest/s will be catered on the following day on our first flight schedule subject to FIT”s rate (By guest’s own expense)
Be sure to have your ID’s , Passports and for Childrdren, a birth certificate.
A day before the departure, the Hotel Front Office will advise you of your transfer schedule
NOTE : Be on time for the ISE pickup at our Hotel. Guests who are late for 10 minutes from the original time schedule will be left behind by our coordinators and drivers, and the guest will have to wait for next available pick up schedule.
We will not be responsible for the consequences of guest’s delay.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
1. Cancellation made 24 hours before departure shall incur 50% cancellation fee per person.
2. Cancellation on the day of departure or no show, the total amount of the transfer will be forfeited.
3. Guest have to settle the transfer fees immediately in the Front Office when check in to our hotel.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
1. Full Cash payment in Philippine Peso and or other acceptable currency is required on all transactions
2. In the event of amount paid in foreign currency, the hotel management will return the changes in Phillipines Peso (PHP) to the guest.
